I should have known, but given the tight compartment in the winch frame, the new Brute power pipe doesn’t fit between the engine and the spool. We are going to have to have the pipe cut, bent and rewelded in one of two ways… the clutch situation is fixed, and we’ve got to add a half link to the chain. One step forward, one step back.. I guess at least it was not two steps back.. but the winch is nearing completion.. AGAIN.
