Want something fun for the whole family to experience on Lake Martin? The Fall Festival at Russell Crossroads. is this Saturday, the 25th. The 25th will start with everyone getting their shakras in order with some Yoga on the Green starting at 7:00 a.m. (dress warm it’s supposed to be around 60 degrees!). This is an hour all ages and levels class led by Peggy Clayton.
The Fall Festival will start at 10 a.m. and run until 1 p.m. There will be all sorts of fun filled events like a scavenger hunt, face painting for the kids (or adults), building your own scarecrow, bobbing for apples and there will be pony and hay rides. If your inner baking child is feeling it, there will be a pie baking contest AND a canning contest. No Fall Festival would be complete without a little live music. Cowboy Bill and Company will be on the main stage with all the earcandy. This should be an amazing event with spectacular fall weather on Lake Martin.
