New home construction has been a successful activity for Russell Lands the past several years. This success has been aided by newly developed (and larger) homesites, new and better designs and new “lakey” décor. It has been gratifying to our team to see so many people excited by our newest editions of lake homes. The biggest mistake we have made is we didn’t build enough! We are working to rectify that by starting more right away!
The Ridge grows again
As such, the builders have selected The Ridge as the location for three new projects due to debut in late spring of 2015 — just in time for summer. The first, The Veranda, is located on Russell Cabin Point. This is the newest of the very popular cabins in this popular recent addition of The Ridge. This cabin design boasts four bedrooms, each with a private bath, expansive family room and kitchen, and huge screened porch.
The second project is being built by RLH Construction, LLC. This design is a terrific lake home created for either weekend or full-time use. This versatile plan can be converted to five bedrooms and has two family rooms, two levels of covered exterior living space and loads of storage space. This European Craftsman will be located on a beautiful new lot in the newly opened South Ridge Harbor.
The third project is a rustic craftsman home designed by Mitch Ginn and built by Classic Homes. This plan has four very large bedrooms, each with private bath, two half-baths, two family rooms, two laundry rooms and tremendous outdoor living spaces. This new home will be located on a new South Ridge Harbor lot as well.
